When you think of New York what comes to mind? Late night, never-ending fun, subways and small neighborhood delis. So when you think of New York as being the Big Apple that has everything, think of the Iowa City East Hy-Vee New York Style Deli because we have brought a slice of New York here for you. We have a huge variety of party trays brimming with meats, cheeses and other specialties for parties, graduations, weddings, tailgating, family reunions or birthdays. We have great lunch choices to choose from too. And yes, just like New York has it's neighborhood delis, we are your neighborhood deli. We may not have the subways or Central Park, but we certainly offer a wide variety of specialties to take care of your noshing needs!

We have thirty one choices of meats, 97% fat free or less. Thirteen in turkey alone: 5 different smoked, two of the smoked with honey, 2 different kinds ofcheese honey unsmoked, 3 different kinds of plain turkey, 3 different flavors - maple, cajun and garlic peppered. We feature 4 different hams: honey baked, Virginia smoked, shaved and tavern. We offer 8 choices of roast beef: cajun, garlic peppered, fat free, lite, top round, Sara Lee, Hormel and Italian roast beef. You can also select corn beef or pastrami. In addition we have 2 chicken: oven or smoked. Finally you may want to choose from our 2 salamis: hard or genoa.

Cheeses
Too many to count. Here are just a few: provolone, baby swiss, farmers, mozzarella, monterey jack, veggie, cheddar, colby, colby jack, big rye swiss, lorraine swiss and American. We also have many imported cheeses including French, German, Bries and Italian varieties.

Ok lets get to the party ideas. We have great party subs. You can order by the foot as many as you like. It has three meats: roast beef, turkey or ham. We do it by the foot to make it easy for you to figure out how much you need. We can cut it into inches and so on 2' or 3' it is about 3" to 4" inches wide. Toppings include lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, olives, hot peppers, green peppers, mayo and mustard. Two cheeses: provolone and cojack are popular. We also offer a veggie without meat. You can take off what ever you like or have them on the side. Our subs don't just come in party size. We also have regular or large for one person any way they want.

We can have three different kinds of meats and two cheeses in three different sizes: 12", 16" or 18". They can be cut in two different ways: cracker cut or sandwich cut. You can get a cheese tray cut sandwich or cracker also. We also provide you with more choices of sandwiches like crescents. They come in ham, turkey, roast beef or chicken. We also make three diffierent kinds of warps: Grilled Chicken, Mediterranean and Veggie. Our Grilled Chicken Wrap comes with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, dressing, parmesan and cream cheese. Our Mediterranean Wrap features garlic turkey, lettuce, tomato, cojack cheese, onions, cucumber and cream cheese. Our Veggie Wrap is filled with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, carrots, salad dressing, veggie cheese and cream cheese. We also have bread sandwiches. You can pick meat and cheese with all toppings like a sub or choose from our speciality spreads: ham salad, turkey, chicken salad, cheese spread or egg salad.
